Units 14 and 16 in GIDC Phase 1, Vatva, are where we spend our lives. It is a massive industrial estate, and we have got a fair amount of space across those two separate buildings. We handle different parts of the manufacturing process here. It is a busy place with people and trucks coming and going at all hours. The air in Vatva always smells like industry—a mix of chemicals and hot metal. We have been part of the Prasad Group for years, but this specific site feels like its own little world once you are inside. We have big machines that hum and vibrate all day long. Sometimes it is so loud that you have to shout just to be heard by the person standing next to you. We do not have a fancy corporate headquarters with marble floors or expensive furniture. Our floors are just painted concrete that has seen a lot of use over the years. We have a small canteen area where we all sit and eat together at noon. It is a good time to get away from the noise of the factory floor for a bit. We do not spend any time writing promotional stuff or advertisements. We just focus on the production schedules and making sure the machines are maintained. There is a lot of paperwork to keep track of, and we have a small team in the office who handles all of that.
