Pragna Beauty Parlour & Classes

Pragna Beauty Parlour & Classes is located at P-4 in Komal Enclave, which is on Rang Sagar Road in the Shantivan area of Paldi. It is a bit of a dual-purpose space because we don't just do parlor work; we also teach girls who want to learn the trade. The room is often filled with the sound of me explaining how to hold a thread or apply makeup correctly. There are several stations set up for practice, and sometimes it gets a bit messy with all the kits and training heads lying around. Paldi is a nice, settled part of Ahmedabad, and being in an enclave like Komal makes it feel secure and private. The light comes in through the front windows in the morning, which is great for doing detailed work. We have a lot of students coming in at different hours, so there is always some activity or talking going on. I’ve lived in this city for a long time, and running this place feels like a natural part of my life now. We don't have any flashy marketing or corporate branding; it is just a local spot where people come to learn or get ready for an event. I spend a lot of my time checking on the students' progress and making sure we have enough supplies for the next day's lessons. It is a busy, lived-in space that feels very practical.
