Our factory is out in Vatva at Plot No. C-1, 4310 in GIDC Phase-IV. It’s right near the Neeka Tube Cross Road, which is a busy spot for all the industrial units around here. We supply auxiliary equipment for the plastics industry, like chillers and hopper loaders. The area is quite dusty and loud because of all the heavy manufacturing going on, but we’re used to the noise. Inside our unit, things are usually a bit messy with metal scraps and half-finished machines sitting on the floor. We don’t have a fancy front office for meetings. Most people just walk into the workshop if they need to talk to us. We spend our days welding, assembling, and testing the units before they go out. It’s hard work and the Gujarat heat in the afternoon can be really intense under the tin roof. We usually take a long lunch break when it’s at its hottest to avoid the worst of it. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We’re just a bunch of guys who know how to build stuff for plastic factories. If a machine breaks down, we fix it. If someone needs a new loader, we build it. It’s a practical life and we don't try to make it sound like anything else. We’ve been here in Vatva for years and plan to stay. The evening tea break is the best part of the day.
