Placement Counstalcy

We are over here at Ganji Frack Mill Ni Chaly in the Rakhial part of Ahmedabad. It is a busy area and we have been at 404 17 for a while now. Most days it is just us answering the phone and trying to match local people with some work that fits them. It is not a fancy office or anything like that. We spend a lot of time looking through papers and talking to folks who walk in. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud but we manage. People come to us when they need a job or when a small factory nearby needs an extra hand. We try to be helpful. It’s mostly about knowing who is hiring around the city. Ahmedabad is growing so fast. There are always new places opening up and people moving in looking for a start. We don't have a big team, just a few of us here. If someone needs a hand finding where to go next, we try to point them in the right direction. It’s hard work sometimes because people are stressed about money. We just do what we can from this small spot in Rakhial. The building isn't the newest, but it works for what we do. We like being part of this neighborhood. It feels real. Most of our day is spent making calls and checking if positions are still open. It's simple work but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. That’s how we run things here.
