Pinaz Industries

Our place is on the first floor, number 104, in the Anand Estate. It's right across from the Bhimnath Hotel in Amraiwadi. The area is pretty crowded most of the time. You have to navigate through the Revabhai Estate to find us. It’s an old building, but it works for what Pinaz Industries does. We’ve got some machinery and desks packed in there. It gets a bit noisy during the day because of all the other small units around us. Lunch usually involves someone going out to grab something quick from the shops nearby. The stairs are a bit steep. We spend a lot of time on our feet here. There isn't much space for a big lobby or anything like that. We just have the work floor and the office area. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know each other's habits. Amraiwadi is a tough place to park, so most of us come by bike. It’s a very local vibe. We focus on getting the orders out on time. Sometimes the electricity acts up in the estate, but we manage. It’s a practical setup. Nothing too special to look at from the outside, but we are busy inside from morning until late. We keep our paperwork in those old metal cupboards. It’s just how we operate.
