Kreative Powder Coating

We’ve been at Plot No. 1812 in Phase-3 of the GIDC here in Vatva for a good while now. Most days start pretty early because once the sun gets high, it gets really hot inside the shop. Kreative Powder Coating is basically what the name says. We spend our time cleaning metal parts and getting them ready for the spray booth. It’s a lot of manual work. You’ve got the hooks, the racks, and that fine powder that seems to get everywhere no matter how much you sweep. Our guys are used to it though. We just put our heads down and get through the pile of work waiting for us. The oven is usually running all day long, which makes the back area even warmer. Sometimes the trucks show up late and we have to wait around to unload them, but that’s just how things go in this part of Vatva. People around here know the address at Plot No. 1812. It’s a busy corner of GIDC. There’s always noise from the neighboring units, but we just focus on our own machines. We don’t have fancy offices or anything like that. It’s just a workshop with tools and a bunch of people who know how to handle powder coating. We drink a lot of tea to keep going. Every piece of metal that comes in is different, so it keeps the day from being too boring even if the heat is a bit much sometimes.
