Our office for Phase Network Pvt. Ltd. is at number 3, up on the second floor of the Premsagar Complex. If you know where Sonal Cross Road is in Memnagar, we’re right there in the Gurukul area. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs but it’s a good space for us to keep all our gear. We handle a lot of networking stuff, like setting up routers and making sure local offices have a decent connection that doesn't drop. We’ve got a few technicians who are out most of the day fixing lines or setting up new systems for people. It’s mostly cables and servers around here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city, just a reliable one for the local businesses nearby. We’ve been in this complex for a while now and know most of the other shop owners around the building. Sometimes things get messy with all the wires, but we try to keep it as organized as possible. We deal with a lot of different setups, some old and some new, and it’s always a bit of a puzzle to get everything talking to each other correctly. People call us when their internet goes down or when they’re moving into a new office and need everything wired up from scratch. We just take it one job at a time and do the best we can. It’s a lot of testing and re-testing until things work. We’re just regular people trying to keep the data moving like it should for everyone.
