Yash Care Life Sciences

Yash Care Life Sciences operates from Plot No. 4704 in Phase 4 of the GIDC estate in Vatva. It is a bit of a trek to the back of the estate to find us, but we like the quietness of this spot. The building is kept very clean, as you would expect for a company dealing with life sciences and chemicals. We have a small laboratory area and a larger section for mixing and storage. It is a place where we have to be careful about what we are doing every single day. There is a lot of paperwork involved in tracking different batches and making sure we follow the right protocols. We aren't a massive corporation with thousands of employees. It is just a dedicated team of us who show up every morning. We wear our white coats and spend most of our time looking at beakers and monitors. The break room is just a small table with a few chairs and a kettle, but it is where we do most of our talking. We don't go in for fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just try to make products that work and keep our facility in good shape. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the equipment inside is well-maintained. We focus more on what is inside the bottles than what the outside of the building looks like. It is a practical way to run things.
