You’ll find us out at 215 in the Changodar Industrial Area. It’s a bit outside the main part of Ahmedabad, surrounded by a lot of other factories and warehouses. We work in the life sciences field, which basically means we manufacture various products and health-related items. Our daily routine is very different from a standard office job. We spend a lot of time in specialized rooms making sure everything is clean and the machines are set up exactly right. It’s quiet work that requires a lot of focus and patience. The building is a big, functional space that’s designed for production rather than looking pretty for visitors. We don't have any promotional banners or a slick lobby to impress people. Usually, there’s just the sound of the machinery and the hum of the air conditioning. We have a small team of technicians and lab workers who have been with us for a long time. We eat our lunch in the small canteen and then get right back to the production line. We don't spend time on big speeches or corporate branding. We just focus on making sure the batches we produce are correct and ready to ship out. The industrial area can be quite dusty and noisy with all the heavy traffic, but inside our walls, we keep things very controlled and steady. It is just a practical facility where we do our daily work.
