Phaedrus Life Science Pvt. Ltd.

Working at Phaedrus Life Science Pvt. Ltd. means we spend a lot of our time looking at containers and checking paperwork. We are located at Plot No. 3012 over in Phase-4 of GIDC, Vatva. It is a bit different from the heavy welding workshops that you see around here. Inside our building, it is a little quieter, but there is always someone moving boxes or checking on the inventory. We deal with life science products, which basically means following a lot of technical steps and keeping things clean. It gets very hot in Vatva during the afternoons, so we just keep the fans going and try to stay focused on the task. Most of us have worked here for a good while and we know the routine. It is not a very large building, but we have enough space for what we need to do. Sometimes the trucks coming into the GIDC area make it hard to get in or out of the gate, but that is just how it goes in this part of town. We do not spend money on fancy signs or bright lights. The focus is usually on the batches we are processing that day. It is a job that requires us to be careful and pay attention. We have our small lunch breaks where we talk about family or the local news. It is a practical environment where we just get the work finished.
