Patwaassociates

Our office is tucked away in the Bhanuram Flats at T 24. It is quite close to the Vastrapur railway crossing in Vejalpur. Being near the tracks means we hear the trains going by pretty often, but you honestly stop noticing it after the first few days. The flat isn't huge, but it works well for Patwaassociates. We have a few rooms set up with desks and plenty of shelves for all the files we have to keep track of. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but usually, it's fine. We like being in a residential area because it feels more relaxed than a high-rise office building. There is a local tea stall just around the corner where we usually go when we need a break from the paperwork. The atmosphere here is pretty quiet, except for the occasional train or the neighbor’s kids playing in the hallway. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or anything like that. Whoever is closest to the door usually opens it. We just sit down, look at what needs to be done, and get to it. Most of the people who come to see us are from around the neighborhood or have heard about us from someone else. It is a very direct way of doing business. We keep our records organized, work through the pile on the desk, and go home when the sun sets.
