K. S. Creation

Finding us at K. S. Creation isn't too hard once you get yourself to the Shoba Complex. We are located up on the second floor, in rooms 110 and 111. It’s right across the way from the Dimple Hotel in Panchkuva. If you are coming from the main road, just remember we are near Sindhi Market and right opposite Dimple Hotel again, just so you don't get turned around. The stairs can be a little bit steep, especially if you’re carrying heavy bags of materials. We spend our days up here working on different things. It’s called a creation shop, but it’s really just a couple of us with some old sewing machines and a lot of fabric scraps all over the floor. The view from our small window is just the busy street and the hotel sign blinking. Sometimes the ceiling fan makes a loud clicking noise that is annoying, but we haven’t found the time to fix it yet. It gets quite hot in the mid-afternoons. We handle whatever orders come through the door. Some people want just one thing made, and some want a whole bunch. We don’t have a fancy showroom for people to sit in. You just walk in and see exactly what we’re working on at that moment. It’s a bit messy, to be honest with you. There are stacks of cloth everywhere and paper patterns pinned up on the walls. We just keep the doors open and work.
