We are based in the Nirman 2 building in Ahmedabad. It says 82nd floor on the address, which sounds really high, though usually, these buildings have their own way of numbering things. We spend our days looking at resumes and talking to people who need jobs. It's a lot of phone calls and emails. The office isn't anything special to look at, just computers and some filing cabinets. We help companies find staff and help people find work. It’s a bit of a puzzle sometimes. Ahmedabad is a big city so there’s always someone looking for a change. We’ve been at this for a while now. The coffee machine breaks down more than it should. We get all sorts of people walking through the door. Some are just starting out and some have been working for thirty years. We don't have a fancy lobby with a fountain. It's just a place where work gets done. Sometimes the elevators take a while. We try to keep track of all the openings but things move fast. If you’re coming to see us, just head to Nirman 2. We are usually here from morning until the evening. We focus on getting the right person into the right seat. It's practical work. No bells or whistles here, just a lot of lists and interviews. There's a lot of paperwork to file at the end of every week.
