Omega Weldedmesh Co.Pvt.Ltd. is based at 3 Kadiwala Estate. We are right across from Jagganath Estate and very close to the Gujarat Bottling Company. It’s a well-known corner of the city if you’re in the trade. Our workspace is a bit of a maze with all the mesh and wire stacked around, but we have our own system for finding things. It’s a noisy environment with the sounds of machinery and metal, but it’s a sound we like. We started out small and have just kept at it in this same spot. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just talk to people plainly and tell them what we have in stock. The estate is always busy with deliveries coming and going, so there’s never a dull moment. We’ve got a small crew of workers who have been with us for a long time. We’re more like a family than a corporate office. We eat lunch together and handle whatever problems come up during the day. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine breaks down, and we just deal with it and move on. It’s not a perfect setup, but it’s ours and it works.
