Oiendrila'S Mart

Oiendrila'S Mart is a small place tucked away at E/4, Adarshapally, over in the Khardah area. It’s right near the P.O.B.D.Sopan post office. We are basically a local neighborhood spot where people stop in for their daily things. It isn't a massive supermarket with those shiny floors. It’s more of a cozy, slightly crowded shop where we know most of the faces that walk through the door. We spend a lot of time stocking shelves and checking the dates on everything. Sometimes the delivery trucks have trouble finding the turn into Adarshapally, so we end up waiting out on the street to wave them down. It’s a simple life running a mart. We open up early and stay open until the evening when most people are heading home from work. The inventory changes depending on what we can get and what people keep asking for. We have a counter that’s seen better days, but it works for what we need. It gets busy on the weekends when families come in to get their supplies for the week. We don't have a fancy website or anything. Most people just know us because we’re right here in the neighborhood. We try to keep the place tidy, but with kids coming in for snacks and people moving things around, it’s a constant job to keep it looking decent. It is just a regular local business.
