Sharpex Engineering

You can find Sharpex Engineering over at Plot No. I-5 in the Gidc. It’s a straightforward setup we have. Nothing too complicated or overdone. We’ve got the equipment lined up and enough room to move around, though it gets cramped when a big order is sitting on the floor. The air always smells a bit like cutting oil and old metal, which is how an engineering shop should smell, I think. We don't put on any acts here. If a machine is acting up, we spend the afternoon fixing it instead of worrying about meetings. The Gidc area is always humming with activity, and we’re just one small part of that rhythm. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room. You just walk into the shed and someone will be there to help you out. It’s been this way since we started. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to work, especially when the rains come and the roads around the plot get muddy, but we keep the lights on and the tools moving. It isn't a glamorous life, but it's ours. We focus on what’s right in front of us. No big speeches, no fancy words, just the daily grind of Sharpex Engineering at I-5. We like the routine of it, honestly. It keeps us grounded and gives us something to do every single morning when we open up.
