We are located out in the Nana Chiloda area, specifically at house number 20 within the Nandipark Society. It is a bit far out from the main center of Ahmedabad, which makes it a lot quieter than the rest of the city. We work on different blends here. Since we are based in a housing society, the pace of work is a bit slower than what you would find in a big market. We have our small setup in a part of the house. Most of the day involves mixing things and checking the batches to make sure they are coming out the right way. We do not have a big sign or a storefront for people to see, so visitors usually have to look closely for the house number on the gate. Most of our work is done during the daylight hours when the neighborhood is calm and people are at their own jobs. We spend a lot of time with the ingredients, just making sure everything is handled properly and kept clean. It is a very small team, mostly just family and a couple of regular helpers who come by. Sometimes we sit out on the front step when we are taking a break from the mixing work. The road outside the society isn't too busy, which is a nice change from the city traffic. It is a simple way of working for us. We do not have any big industrial machines, just what we need for the blends. It is a home-based business where we stay busy.
