Operating Non out of Ahmedabad has its own rhythm. We don’t have a specific landmark to point to, we are just tucked away in the city here in India. Ahmedabad is a place where everyone is always doing something, and we are no different. Our office is a simple one, nothing that would stand out in a crowd. We have been working here for quite some time, and we have grown to love the busy streets and the constant energy of the place. Inside our workspace, things are kept pretty basic. We have some wooden desks that have been with us since we started and a shelf full of old notebooks. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find fancy art or expensive lights. We just need it to be functional. Usually, the day starts with a quick cleanup and then we dive into whatever needs our attention. We don't have a lot of rules about how things should look, as long as the work gets done correctly. Sometimes we have the windows open to catch a breeze, though it usually just brings in the noise of the scooters outside. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't spend money on things we don't need. It’s just about being here in Ahmedabad and keeping the business going one day at a time. We enjoy the simplicity of our daily routine and the people we meet. It’s just a normal job in a big city.
