Nirma Limited

Our office is in Nirma House, right near the Income Tax Circle on Ashram Road. If you know this part of the city, you know that the traffic around the circle can be a real nightmare during the rush hour. We see it all from the windows. Ashram Road is always humming with activity. This building is where we do all the administrative work. It’s a big place, but once you’re inside, it’s just a lot of people at desks with their computers and piles of paper. We have a lot of different departments, but it all feels like one big machine after a while. Most of us have been working here for years. You get used to the rhythm of the phones ringing and the sound of the printers going. We don't have anything fancy to show off in the office. It's just a place of work. People come in, do their shift, and head home. There's a cafeteria where we all hang out during lunch, and that's usually where the best conversations happen. Outside, the city is moving fast, but inside we just try to keep things steady. It’s a solid building and it has been a landmark in this area for a long time. Even though the name is big, the daily grind is pretty much the same as anywhere else. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay on top of the paperwork that comes in every morning.
