Nirma Limited,Bhavnagar

Nirma Limited has a lot of branches, but our specific focus here is tied to Bhavnagar, even though this office is actually in Ahmedabad. We are located in Chankyapuri, which is in the Ghatlodia area. It’s a pretty standard office building, nothing too flashy. We handle a lot of the administrative and coordination work for the Nirma operations from here. Most people know the name Nirma because of the soap and other products, and we’ve been around for a very long time. This office is usually a bit of a hive of activity. There are people dealing with orders, managing accounts, and trying to make sure the supplies are going where they need to go. We don’t really do the "corporate" thing with big speeches. We just show up, sit at our desks, and get through the list of things that need doing. Ghatlodia is a busy part of Ahmedabad, so there’s always something happening outside. Inside, we just focus on the tasks. It’s a lot of data entry and phone calls. We’ve got a mix of people who have been here for years and some newer faces. We don’t have a fancy breakroom or anything, just a place to work. It's a very practical environment where we just try to keep up with the demand. It’s not always perfect and sometimes things get delayed, but we just keep working at it until it's sorted.
