Newmech Engineering

Newmech Engineering is situated at Plot No. D-20 in the Shreeji Industrial Estate. We are right near the telephone exchange in Naroda, not far from the national highway number 8. Being so close to the highway is actually quite helpful for getting materials in and out without getting stuck in the smaller city streets. Our workshop is in the Sutarana Karakhana area, which has a lot of history with small businesses like ours. We have a decent amount of space on our plot, but it always feels a bit crowded once we get the heavy machines running. The air is usually filled with the sound of grinding and the smell of hot metal. We are not a corporate office with a dress code. Most of us wear old clothes because they are just going to get dirty anyway. We focus on the practical side of engineering, making parts and fixing things that people bring to us. Sometimes the power goes out in the estate, and we just sit outside and wait for it to come back on. It gives us a chance to talk to the neighbors. We do not have a big mission or any of that talk. We just want to make sure the work we do is solid and that we can pay the bills at the end of the month. It is a basic life, and we are quite content with the way things are going at the shop.
