Flowchem Engineering Pvt. Ltd.

Flowchem Engineering is based out of Plot No. 2001 in Phase-4, GIDC, Vatva. It’s a decent-sized place, but we’ve managed to fill every corner with parts, equipment, and desks. Our daily routine is pretty standard for an engineering firm. We show up, check what needs to be shipped out, and see what new orders have come in over the night. There is a lot of back and forth between the office and the production area. It can get a bit chaotic when three things happen at once, but we’ve learned to stay calm. The people here are a mix of young guys learning the ropes and older workers who have seen it all before. We don't go in for fancy titles or corporate slogans. Most of the time, we’re just trying to make sure the pumps and chemical equipment we handle are put together correctly. It's dusty work and the Ahmedabad sun doesn't make it any easier, but we have a good group of people who don't complain much. We’ve seen other businesses come and go in this GIDC area, so we feel lucky to still be here doing our thing. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we even come in on Sundays if there's a lot to catch up on, though we'd rather be home.
