New Tech Computers

You can find New Tech Computers over at A 9 Galaxy Arcade. We are right near the Galaxy Cinema in Naroda, so it’s a place everyone knows. On weekends, the area gets really packed with people coming for the movies. Our shop is a bit quieter, tucked away in the arcade. It is mostly just a place for us to work on desktops and laptops. I’ve lived in Naroda my whole life, so opening a business here felt like the right thing to do. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people find out about us. Someone tells their cousin that we fixed their slow computer, and then the cousin shows up a week later. We deal with a lot of hardware issues, like broken hinges or dead batteries. It’s messy work sometimes, especially with all the dust that builds up inside those towers. We have a couple of workbenches and a few chairs for customers to sit while they wait. It’s not fancy, and the lighting could be better, but it's our space. We keep odd hours sometimes if a job is particularly stubborn. There's no corporate handbook here. We just treat people normally and try to explain what's wrong without using too many big words. It's a local business run by local people who just happen to know a lot about computers and how to fix them correctly.
