Neelkanth Fibres Private Limited is located at G-3 in the Industrial Area. If you come by, you will see it is a pretty standard setup for this part of town. The building is functional because that is what matters when you are handling fibres all day. It gets quite noisy in the morning when the machines are running, and there is always a bit of a lint smell in the air, which you just get used to after a week or so. We have a small team here and everyone knows their job. We handle a lot of raw materials and shipping manifests, so there is always some paperwork sitting on the desks that needs finishing. The G-3 unit has been our home for a while now. We don't really do much in terms of decorating the place because it is an industrial site, not a showroom. Most days are spent checking the quality of the batches and making sure the loading happens on time. The tea lady comes by twice a day and that is usually when we take a break to sit on the benches outside. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes the trucks get delayed or the weather makes things difficult, but we just deal with it as it comes. We are just a regular bunch of people working with textiles in a busy industrial zone.
