Our place is right in Thakorbaug Market, across from the Sardar Patel Seva Samaj Hall in Navragpura. The address is 26/27. It is a busy area, especially in the mornings when everyone is out doing their shopping. Suresh Vadilal Modi is the name on the door, and it has been that way for years. We are basically a family-run spot. We deal with whatever comes our way in the market. It gets pretty cramped inside with all the stock piled up, but we like the energy of the market. You hear everything from the street inside the shop. We know most of the other shopkeepers around here, and we help each other out when someone needs change or a hand lifting something heavy. It’s not a corporate setup at all. We write our bills by hand mostly and keep the books on the desk. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with the traffic outside, but you get used to it. We don't really do much advertising. People find us because they know the market or someone told them to come see us. We focus on getting through the daily tasks and making sure our customers get what they need without a fuss. It’s a simple life, and we have been at it for a long time now. We usually close up when the market starts to get quiet in the evening.
