You can find us at Ruchi House in Navrangpura, which is quite close to the Income Tax Office. It is a busy part of the city, so there is always a lot of traffic and people moving around. We do international trading from this office. It is not a very large space, just enough for our computers and the files we need to keep track of shipments. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking emails to see where things are. The building is older, but it works for us. We have been here for several years now. Being near the Income Tax Office means everyone knows the landmark, which makes it easier for people to find us. We do not have a big fancy lobby. You just come up and find our door. We have a small area where we keep samples of the things we trade. Sometimes it gets a bit cluttered when a new shipment of samples arrives. We are just a small team trying to keep everything moving on time. Navrangpura is a good place to be because everything is close by. We usually grab lunch from one of the stalls around the corner. We do not use big words or fancy presentations. We just get the trades done and make sure the paperwork is in order. It is a lot of coordination and some long hours, but we keep at it day after day. It is just the way we run our business.
