Our shop, Abc Medical And Surgical Co., is right at 1 Supath, Vijay Char Rasta in Navrangpura. If you know that intersection, you know how busy it gets. We are right there where all the roads meet. It is a very loud spot with all the horns and the people crossing, but it means everyone sees us. The building is called Supath, and we have been on the ground floor for a long time. We mostly deal with medical supplies and surgical items. The space is packed from floor to ceiling with boxes. We have to use a ladder sometimes to reach the things stored higher up. Navrangpura is a central place, so it is easy for people to stop by while they are out doing other errands. We don't have much of a decorated office; it is more of a warehouse and a counter where we talk to customers.
