National Productivity Council

Our office is located at 36 B in the Madhuvrund Society, over in the Swatantraplot area of Ghatlodia. Ahmedabad can be a hot place to work, but we’ve got our setup here in 380061 and we make it through the day. National Productivity Council is just a local branch where we handle a lot of the regional stuff. It’s not a glass building with air conditioning everywhere; it’s a bit more modest than that. We share the space and try to keep things moving along. Sometimes the street outside gets really crowded with scooters and people going to the market. It adds a bit of life to the day, though it can be noisy. Inside, we’re mostly focused on our tasks. We don't have a lot of fancy gadgets. It's mainly just us, our notes, and the occasional cup of chai. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for quite a while now. We know the shopkeepers nearby and they know us. The work we do is pretty straightforward—we look at how things are being done and see if there’s a more sensible way to handle them. We don’t use a lot of big words or complicated charts if we can avoid it. We just talk to people and try to find solutions that actually work in the real world. That's just how we operate here in Ghatlodia. We don't feel the need to be anything more than what we are.
