Nagpal Exports

Nagpal Exports is based in Guru Arjan Dev Nagar, which is quite close to Samrala Chowk. If you know the area, you know it gets very busy with trucks and people all day long. Our building is just a regular spot where we handle all our shipping and the paperwork that goes with it. We do not have a big showroom or any fancy decorations on the walls. It is mostly just shelves, desks, and boxes waiting to be moved. We have a small crew and most of us have been working here for years. We start the day with some tea and then we get straight to the tasks. The noise from the chowk is always there in the background, but after a while, you stop hearing it. It is a very hands-on kind of place. We do not have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy letters. We just answer the phone and talk to people like regular folks. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, so we just take a break and wait for it to come back. We like being near the chowk because it makes the logistics part of the business a lot easier. We just keep our heads down and handle the orders as they come in. It is not a complicated life, just the daily grind in our part of the neighborhood. We focus on the packing and the loading and making sure the trucks get out on time.
