Mphasis

We are located in the Harihar Society, which is a residential area in the 382330 zip code area in India. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for an office like Mphasis, but we’ve made it work for us in one of the houses there. The society is mostly made up of families and people who have lived there for years, so it’s a very grounded and quiet environment. You won't find any big glass towers or corporate signage around our place. It’s just a regular building where we’ve set up our workstations in the rooms available. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside while we’re on calls, but that’s just part of the atmosphere of being in a residential society. The address on our paperwork mentions "Male Unmarried," which seems like a bit of a clerical mix-up from some old form, but we just laugh about it. We don't have a big staff here, just a small group of us who handle the daily load. Getting things done in a place like this means being flexible. We don't have a fancy break room, so we usually just gather in the small kitchen area for a quick coffee. It’s a very modest setup, and we prefer it that way because it feels more like a community than a cold office. We just focus on our day-to-day duties and try to be good neighbors while we work.
