Modtech

Modtech is out in the New Ahmedabad Industrial Estate in Moraiya. We are at Plot No.-73 P. It’s a wide-open area with a lot of factories and warehouses. The sun can be quite strong out here, and there isn't much shade on the walk from the main gate. Our plot has a simple gate and a small yard where we sometimes keep materials. Inside the building, it’s mostly open space for the work we do. We have some machinery and a small area partitioned off for the paperwork. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a city center. It’s practical and built for work. We wear regular clothes, and things often get a bit of grease or dust on them by the end of the shift. The workers in the nearby units usually gather at the small tea stall down the road during breaks. We do the same. It’s a place where everyone knows each other by sight. The sounds of trucks loading and unloading are the background music for our day. We don't have a fancy website or a big sales team. If someone needs us, they usually just call or drive out to Moraiya to see us in person. The office part has an old calendar on the wall and a few mismatched chairs. It’s just our workspace, and we like it that way.
