Modern Petrofils

Modern Petrofils is located right off National Highway 8 in Bamangam village. It’s in the Karjan taluka area. Being near the highway is good for transport but it means things get pretty dusty around here. We have a fair amount of land where the facility is set up. It’s mostly outdoor work and some sheds for the equipment. We started this because there was a need for it in this region. The village is quiet mostly, except for the sound of the trucks passing by on the N.H. 8. Our staff comes from the nearby villages, so everyone knows each other. It’s a tight-knit group. We don’t have a fancy office with air conditioning. We have a small cabin where we keep the records and take our lunch breaks. The weather can be tough, especially when it rains and the ground gets muddy. We just deal with it. We aren't doing anything revolutionary. We just process what needs to be processed and make sure the trucks are loaded on time. It’s hard, physical work most days. We don’t really go in for big marketing or any of that. People know we are here because of the location. We just try to keep the machinery running and handle the day-to-day problems as they pop up. It’s just a regular workplace doing regular things. We hope to stay here for many more years to come.
