Being close to the P.O. makes it easy for us to handle all the mail and packages that come through. Navrangpura is a central spot, so there’s always something happening outside our doors. Rajiv House isn't a massive skyscraper; it’s more of a practical building where we can get our work done. We’ve got a small team here, and we mostly spend our time on the phones or checking spreadsheets. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed for the most part, though things can get a bit hectic when a big project is moving. We don't have any of those modern office perks like bean bags or espresso machines. We just have our desks, our chairs, and enough tea to keep us going through the afternoon. People know us in the neighborhood as the guys at Smrutikunj. We try to keep things orderly, though the paperwork does tend to pile up on the corners of the desks. It’s a regular office where we show up, put in the hours, and head home. We’ve been in this part of Navrangpura for a while now, and we like the familiarity of the area. It feels like a solid place to be based. The Post Office across the way always has a line, and we often see the same people waiting there every single week while we work.
