It is a bit of a residential area, so it feels a lot more relaxed than being in a crowded city center. We operate as Medusind Soulutions Ltd and we spend most of our time dealing with the paperwork and back-office tasks that keep things running. Being in a society like Akshardham means we see our neighbors every day and there is a sense of community even while we are working. It’s not a huge, sprawling campus, just a focused space where we can get things done. We usually start quite early before the sun gets too high and the heat of Ahmedabad really sets in. There is always a lot of sorting and checking to do, and we just go through it one step at a time. Sometimes things get a bit hectic if there is a deadline, but we usually manage to keep a steady pace. We aren't interested in all that corporate talk you see on the internet. We just like to keep our heads down and do the work we are supposed to do. The office is simple and functional. Most of us have lived in Gujarat our whole lives, so we know how things work around here. It’s a steady job in a nice part of town, and we are happy to be here doing what we do.
