Our place is at number 6 in the Vishwamitra Complex. We are situated near the Golden Triangle in the Navarangpura area. It is a very central part of the city, so there is always a lot of activity and noise coming in from the street. We deal with various healthcare and care products that we keep in the back. The office itself is not very big and it is often filled with boxes waiting to be shipped out. We spend a lot of our time on the telephone or typing out invoices on the computer. It is a very routine type of job. We open up the shutters in the morning and stay until the last courier has picked up the day's packages. Navarangpura can be a bit of a nightmare for parking, so we usually just see people who walk over from the nearby offices. We are a small group and we do everything ourselves, from answering the door to packing the boxes. There is no corporate hierarchy here. If something needs to be moved, whoever is closest just does it. Sometimes the inventory counts are off and we have to spend the whole afternoon recounting bottles and boxes. It is just practical, everyday work. We don't have any big slogans or mission statements. We just try to keep the shelves stocked and make sure the right items go to the right people without too much trouble.
