Manoria Associates

We operate our business out of number 6 Raw House in the Shiv Shakti Society. It is located right by the Vinzol Crossing Road in the Vatva area of Ahmedabad. It is a very busy part of town with all the trains and traffic passing by, but our little society is tucked away a bit from the main road. We are a small group of associates who handle things like tax filings, property papers, and other legal documents that people often find very confusing. The office is basically just a few wooden desks pushed together and a lot of metal cabinets for all the paperwork we keep. We started working here because we live nearby and saw how much trouble our neighbors had with all the different government forms. We do not have a full-time receptionist, so if the front door is open, you just come in and wait a minute if we happen to be on the phone. We spend a lot of our time at the local government offices or the bank, so sometimes the office is empty for an hour or two in the middle of the day. We try to be very clear about what we can do and what we cannot. It is not a fancy corporate firm, it is just us helping local people navigate the many rules. Ahmedabad is a big city and things change fast, so we have to read a lot to keep up with it.
