Magus Customer Dialouge

You can find us over at E 16 Kadmb Flats, which is near the Sarkari Tubewell in the Bopal area. This part of Ahmedabad has grown a lot lately. At Magus Customer Dialouge, we spend our time managing conversations and helping people out. The office is inside a residential block, so it feels very much like a local neighborhood spot. We aren't tucked away in some big industrial park. Most of us live nearby, which makes the commute easy. The Kadmb Flats are pretty well-known around here. Our workspace is functional. We have rows of desks and plenty of wires running everywhere for the computers. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy things about us. We just do the work. The area near the tubewell is usually busy with people coming and going. We take our breaks outside to get some fresh air. It’s a simple setup for a simple business. We deal with whatever problems the customers have that day. Sometimes it's easy and sometimes it’s a bit of a headache, but that’s the way it goes. We’ve been in Bopal for a while and plan to stay here at E 16 for the foreseeable future. It’s a honest day’s work for all of us and we stay busy.
