Magus Customer Dialogue Ltd

Magus Customer Dialogue Ltd operates out of Elizabeth Cottage. It’s an interesting place to work because it doesn't feel like a standard office block at all. Since we are in a cottage, it has a bit of a different feel than the big glass buildings you see elsewhere. We have desks tucked into different rooms. It can get a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We handle a lot of dialogue and customer stuff here. It’s mostly quiet, except for the sound of people talking on their headsets. We have been in Elizabeth Cottage for a while. The floors creak a little in certain spots. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy reception area. You just walk in and see us working away. It’s a very grounded way to do business. We keep our own hours for the most part, depending on when the calls come in. There isn't much to say about the decor because it’s mostly just files and computers. We like the fact that it feels like a home. Sometimes we bring in snacks to share in the small kitchen area. It’s just a group of us trying to keep things running smoothly. No big corporate speeches here, just the daily grind in an old building. It is a simple life for us here.
