Magus Customer Dialog Pvt Ltd

We are over in Ahmedabad, specifically in the Manilaxmi Society at Adinathnagar. It is a busy spot on the Odhav side. Most of us here at Magus Customer Dialog Pvt Ltd spend our days answering phones and dealing with customer questions. The office is at A 856, which isn't hard to find once you get into the society. We have been here for a while now. Some days it gets pretty loud with everyone talking at once. It’s not a fancy place, just desks and computers and people trying to get through the work. We deal with all sorts of people on the line. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles when it’s really hot outside, but we manage. Most of the staff live nearby, so they walk or take a scooter to the A 856 address. We try to keep things moving. There is usually a lot of tea drinking happening in the break area. It’s just how we run things here in Ahmedabad. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. Just a regular workplace where people show up and do their jobs. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we just wait it out. If you walk past the Manilaxmi Society, you might see us coming and going. It’s a plain building. We focus on getting the messages right for whoever is calling in today. That's really it.
