Our office, Madhuram Diagnostic Pvt. Ltd., is situated on the east side of Shyamal Cross Road. If you know the area, you know it’s one of the busiest spots around. We are right in the middle of all that activity. We have been running this diagnostic center for quite a while. Every day starts early for us because people want to get their tests done before they go to their jobs. The waiting room isn't very big, so it can get crowded pretty fast. We have some basic chairs and a small desk where we take down everyone’s details. It’s not a very quiet place because of all the people coming and going. We use various machines for the testing, and they hum and beep all day long. Our staff is always busy, sometimes even skipping their full lunch break if there are too many patients. We don't have any flashy signs or big advertisements. Most people find us because we are right here at the cross road. It’s a practical place. We don't try to look like a high-end hospital. We just provide the reports that people need for their doctors. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a bit of noise, but it keeps the place cool enough. We are just local people doing our part in the healthcare chain. We see the same faces from the neighborhood all the time.
