You’ll find M S Pmc Projects I Pvt Ltd over at Neelam Park Row Houses in Memnagar. We are at number 45, right across from Chinmay Tower. It’s a pretty good spot in Ahmedabad, close to the statue of Subhash on Gurukul Road. Working out of a row house gives the whole thing a different vibe than a skyscraper. It feels more like a community. We have our project discussions in the main room and the desks are spread out through the house. The area is usually bustling, especially near Gurukul Road, so there’s always something happening outside. We aren't a massive corporation with a bunch of floors; we just use our space at Neelam Park to manage our projects. Most days involve a lot of coordination and looking over site plans. It can get pretty hot in Ahmedabad, so we’re thankful for the shade around here. We don't have a marketing department writing this, just someone from the office telling it like it is. We’ve been in Memnagar for a while and the locals know the building. The office is full of maps and project binders. We just show up, do the work, and try to stay organized. It’s a simple operation, really. We focus on getting the projects through the various stages without making a big scene about it. We just stick to our schedule and try to get the jobs done properly for the folks who hire us.
