M K Soil Testing Laboratory

Our lab, M K Soil Testing Laboratory, is located near Jodhpur Village in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The pin code here is 380051. It’s a bit away from the main city rush, which is nice for the kind of work we do. We spend most of our time looking at dirt and samples brought in from different sites around Gujarat. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy place where we keep our equipment. Being near Jodhpur Village means we get a bit of that local feel, even though we are a technical lab. The sun in Ahmedabad is no joke, so we try to keep the lab cool enough for the machines to run properly. We’ve got bags of soil lined up most days, waiting to be tested. It’s a quiet job mostly, just focusing on the details and writing down the results. We don't do much advertising because the people who need soil testing usually find us through word of mouth. The lab has a specific smell of earth and chemicals, which we’ve all grown used to. We aren't part of some big national chain; we are just here in Ahmedabad doing our part for the local building projects. Sometimes the cows from the village wander near the gate, which is a common sight around here. It’s a steady pace of life and we quite like the routine of it all. Each soil sample tells a different story about the land.
