Lea Associates

Lea Associates is situated at B 1 E 27 in the Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate along Mathura Road. If you’ve ever driven down Mathura Road, you know how heavy the traffic can be with all the trucks and cars moving through New Delhi. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by warehouses and other office buildings. It’s a very practical environment. There isn't a lot of greenery around, but it is a good place for doing business. Our office is a bit industrial-looking itself, with high ceilings and a lot of open space. We’ve been here for a while, and we’ve gotten used to the sound of the metro passing by nearby. It’s a busy place with people always moving things around. We have a small team here that manages the daily operations. We don't have a fancy receptionist or a lounge area. Most people just walk straight to the desks. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps and documents. Sometimes the dust from the road gets into the office, so we have to clean the desks pretty often. It’s just a normal part of working in this part of the city. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just provide a space for our associates to get their work finished and keep the business running smoothly.
