La Vida Travels

Our office is up on the fourth floor of Sahajanand Palace, which is on the 100 Feet Road in Satellite. We are at office number 406, not far from Rahul Tower. If you’ve ever tried to park in Satellite, you know it’s a bit of a challenge, but we like being in this part of town. La Vida Travels is basically just a few of us sitting at desks, surrounded by brochures and computer screens. We spend a lot of time on the phone with airlines or looking up hotels for people. It’s not always as glamorous as travel sounds; there’s a lot of waiting on hold and checking dates over and over again. We started this because we liked seeing new places, and now we spend our days helping others do the same. The office gets a bit messy with all the printouts and itineraries, but we know where everything is. People usually drop by to pick up their tickets or just to ask about where they should go for their next holiday. We don't use any fancy booking systems that do all the work—we still like to check things manually to make sure there are no mistakes. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to wait it out, but that’s just how it goes. We’re just here to help folks get from one place to another without too much trouble.
