L C Institute Of Technology is tucked away in Nanomadh, right there At-Gaja. It’s a quiet spot, which actually helps when you’re trying to focus on a screen all day. We’ve been running this place for a bit now, focusing on giving people in the area a chance to pick up some technical skills without having to travel into the big cities. The building isn't anything fancy to look at, just a practical space where we’ve set up our computers and some chairs. Most mornings start with us opening up the shutters and making sure the power is steady. You know how it is here, sometimes the electricity has a mind of its own. We mostly help out local students who want to figure out how software works or how to fix a basic hardware issue. It’s not just about the big certifications; it’s more about the day-to-day stuff that actually helps someone get a job. We spend a lot of time just sitting with people, going over the same steps until they get it. It’s a small team here, so everyone knows everyone. We don't have a big front desk or anything, you just walk in and talk to whoever is free. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the small rooms, but we manage. We just want to make sure the tech we have is being used well by the community here in Gaja. It is a humble setup but it gets the job done for us.
