Krishna Concare Pvt. Ltd. is located at 114-115 in the Shiv Shakti Estate, right off N.H. No. 8 in Narol. It’s a busy area with a lot of noise from the highway nearby. We work out of these units, dealing with construction-related materials. It’s a lot of concrete, dust, and heavy lifting. We don’t have any fancy carpets or air-conditioned lobbies; it’s mostly just desks, clipboards, and the sound of trucks backing up. People come in and out all day looking for supplies or checking on orders. We try to keep things organized, but in a place like this, there’s always a bit of a mess somewhere. We’ve been here long enough to know most of the drivers who pass through. The work is mostly about making sure the mixes are right and the delivery schedules are met. It’s not the kind of job you do if you want to stay clean. By the end of the shift, everyone’s boots are grey from the dust. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just provide what’s needed for building things. Sometimes we’re short-handed and everyone has to jump in to load a truck, even the ones who usually stay in the office. It’s just how we operate. We stay focused on the task at hand and don't worry too much about anything else. Narol is a tough place to work, but we like it here.
