Fairmate Construction Chemicals

Our place is tucked away at No. 1514 in Ranchhod Bhuvan. If you know the Saraspur area, you know it can be a bit tight in the Moti Vasan Sheri. It’s an old part of town with a lot of character and very narrow lanes. Fairmate Construction Chemicals operates from here, though the name might sound a bit more formal than the actual building looks. We deal with all sorts of additives and chemicals that people use for building work. It gets quite busy, especially in the mornings when the transport vehicles are trying to navigate the street. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes. We’ve been in this spot long enough that the local shopkeepers are all friends. We don't spend money on fancy signs or anything. The walls have some stains from the products we handle, but that’s just part of the job. Usually, someone is sitting near the entrance checking the ledgers or talking to a contractor. It’s dusty work, and there’s always a smell of chemicals in the air, but you get used to it after a week or two. We just try to keep the stock moving and make sure the bags are sealed right so nothing leaks out on the floor. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to get through the list of tasks before it gets dark. The tea stalls nearby keep us going during the long afternoons when the humidity is high.
