We are tucked away at 8 Saurashtra Vishwakarma Soc, Part 2. We are right behind Manekbag in the Ambawadi area of Ahmedabad. It is a bit of a mouthful of an address, but it is a nice spot once you find it. Being behind Manekbag means we are not right on the main noisy road, which is a bit of a relief for us and the customers. At this Kotak Mahindra Bank, we focus on the people living nearby. It is a residential vibe around here. We have a lot of older customers who prefer coming into the branch rather than using a phone app. We spend a lot of time sitting with them and going over their statements. We do not mind. It is part of the job. The office is simple. We have the standard counters and a few chairs for people to wait. We do not have a polished corporate look. It feels more like a local office. Sometimes we run out of certain forms and have to go find more in the storage room. It is those little things that happen in a real workplace. We are not perfect, but we try to be honest and do the work correctly. If someone has a question about their balance, we pull it up and show them. It is straightforward. We have been in Ambawadi for a good bit now and know the local rhythm.
