We’ve been over here at 3A in Hariom Estate for a while now. It’s tucked right behind Geeta Proces, so if you’re driving down Isanpur Highway, you really have to keep an eye out or you'll miss the turn. The area is pretty industrial, lots of trucks moving in and out every day. It gets dusty, but that’s just how it is around Isanpura. KOLOR ROL is a small team. We spend most of our mornings getting the machines ready and checking the orders that came in the night before. Sometimes the traffic on the highway is a nightmare, especially during the monsoon when the roads get a bit messy, but we still make it in by eight. The workshop isn't anything fancy to look at, just a practical space where we can get the work done without much distraction. We usually eat lunch together at the small tea stall nearby or just bring stuff from home. It's a lot of manual work and making sure everything is lined up right before we start the main run. Most people who come by are regulars who know exactly where the estate is. We don't have a big front office or anything like that. It’s mostly just the sound of the equipment and us talking over the noise to get things sorted. We keep it simple here. If the job is done right, that’s all that really matters at the end of the shift.
