Down here in Bharuch, specifically over at Plot B 63 C in the Tulsidham Society area off Zadeshwar Road, things move at a steady pace. It’s hot most of the year in Gujarat, so the morning shift is usually the best time to get things done before the sun really hits. Most of us arrive early, maybe grab a quick bite near the gate before heading in. We handle a lot of the logistical stuff for Kohler here. The office isn't anything special, just desks and computers and plenty of files that need sorting. People sometimes get confused with the address since it's tucked away near Okapilaben Lobenputra, but we’ve been at this spot long enough that the locals know where we are. Dealing with the paperwork for the corporation keeps us busy, especially with all the trucks coming in and out. It’s a lot of coordination between the warehouse guys and the front office. Sometimes the power flickers, or the internet goes slow, but we just manage. We aren’t trying to be anything we’re not. It’s just a group of people working a regular job in a dusty industrial part of town. We keep the water cooler filled and make sure the files stay organized. It’s a lot of routine, which is fine by us. By five or six, we’re mostly wrapping up to head home through the traffic on Zadeshwar Road.
